Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.


SYNOPSIS

A ridge averaging 30.20 inches will build across the eastern
Great Lakes through Tuesday evening. Low pressure 29.50 centered
over the Great Plains will lift a warm front north across Lake
Erie early Wednesday morning. This low pressure will extend a cold
front east across Lake Erie Thursday morning. Troughing averaging
30.10 inches will persist through Saturday as a stationary front
remains south of the lake.
