Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest

the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.


SYNOPSIS

High pressure 30.20 inches overhead will build east into the Mid-
Atlantic through Sunday evening with a warm front moving north
over Lake Erie late Sunday night. Low pressure 29.80 will move
into the northern Great Lakes early Wednesday with a cold front
passing through early Thursday.
